South Korea plans to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on petroleum resins from China.

On July 11, 2025, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of South Korea issued Announcement No. The duty rates are 2.26% to 3.50% for the Chinese mainland and 7.07% and 18.52% for Taiwan region of China.
This case involves products under item 3911.10.1000 of the South Korean tariff, but C9 petroleum resins with a softening point of no less than 130℃ are not subject to the above-mentioned anti-dumping duties.
Stakeholders should submit their comments by July 25, 2025.
